Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; once received, our technicians will inspect the device and process your refund within 5 business days.
